• Manufacturing processes are all being done accordance European union standarts.
• Cleaing proceses and cleaning chemicals does not deform or damage any material.
• Providing 4 different sheet coating types are as following; CrNi, Aluminum, PVC and POLY.
• Door frames could be mounted every panel or wall that has different sizes.
• Supporting sheets are also being added for accessories that are being installed on the door.
• In normal storage rooms, the single line surrounding the door wing is a rubber gasket.
• The frame of the freezer warehouse doors contain resistance which can be easily changed when needed.
• Door wing are built as monobloc. They could be manufactured as paired when requested. Frame sheets and all inside supporting sheets are matched and polyurethane are being injected to inside structure.
• 92 mm in normal cold warehouses, 120 mm in freezer warehouses.
• No wooden materials have been used and 40(+/- 2) density polyurethane has been injected between the two sheets. In the standard production, both sides are PVC sheets (different coloring and patterns are optionally provided when demanded). Optionally, they can be polyester coated sheet and CrNi. Rail, spool, handles and the necessary accessories are of composite material and stainless steel. Outer frame is special PVC, inner frame is aluminum.

• Additional sliding lock (inside emergency handle) or autoated locking system could be installed.
• Shock absorbers could be installed around doors to prevent damage from impacts when Demanded.
